  • What is your minimum order for custom decorated products?
    Our minimum is 72 pcs for screen printing and 36 pcs for embroidery. If you're looking for something else give us a call and we'll help you out. 781-335-9305
  • What is your turnaround time?
    Our typical turnaround time is 14-21 days. But always let us know if you have a certain date you need to hit, and we will do our best to accommodate!
  • What T-Shirt brands do you carry?
    We work with all major apparel brands – Bella Canvas, Next Level Apparel, Alternative Apparel, Gildan, Hanes & Independent Trading to name just a few. Let us know if there is a specific brand you’d prefer for your job or let us recommend the garment we think works best for your design or budget.
  • What other products are you able to custom decorate?
    The list is endless, but our best sellers are Sweatshirts, Fleece, Outerwear, Hats, Beanies, Mugs, Water Bottles, Koozies, Tote Bags & Backpacks. Let us know if you are looking for a special item and we will do our best to source it for you!
  • How does pricing work?
    When it comes to quoting your screen print job, there are 5 things to consider that will affect your cost - Quantity Ordered - Brand & Garment Style - # of Ink Colors in Your Design - # of Locations for Print (Front, Back, Sleeve) - Printing Method We can work with you to tweak any of the above criteria to help hit a specific price point!
  • How many Colors can I use in my design?
    For screen printing, we recommend staying within 6 ink colors. For embroidery, you can go up to 12 thread colors.
  • Do you offer Design Services?
    Yes, we have a very Creative In House Art Staff that can help make your art concept a reality!
  • What if I have my own Art?
    That’s Great! Just submit your artwork using Adobe Illustrator, or another Vector Art applications (.ai, .eps, sometimes .pdf.). Using Photoshop, the minimum resolution should be 300 dpi. Fonts should be no smaller than 12 point and make sure to convert your fonts to outlines. To ensure color accuracy, we recommend using Pantone spot colors in your art.
  • Can I mix Shirt Sizes within an order?
    Yes, you can order as many different shirt sizes as you need. We just have to make sure that your design will work on all garments that you need – for example, some designs won’t print the same on Adult & Youth Tees.
  • Can I Mix & Match different Garments within the same order?
    Yes, as long as the design can print with the same ink colors on all blanks chosen. The more products run with the same design, the lower your cost will be. If we do have to change ink color within a print run, additional charges may apply.
  • How large can I print my design?
    A full front or back print is usually around 11" and would Max out at around 15" for adult sized shirts. Max size for a youth tee is around 9".
  • Do you offer any Specialty Finishing Services?
    Yes! We can do Custom inside Neck Prints, Custom Hang Tags, Woven Labels, Customer Specific Bagging & Ticketing with Product Info, Retail Price and/or UPC code!
  • Can You Ship / Split Ship My Order?
    We sure can. We use UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments when needed. We can also split ship your order to multiple locations if necessary!
